It looks like most of the servers are racked, stacked, cabled, and powered up. Basic file shares have been tested and are running. Virtual machines are not yet up, but as soon as they are up, we may get people testing and get a dinner break going here for Chuck and Kassie who have been here all along. My guess is that we'll release a lot of stuff to test in the next hour or two, and that we'll break while you all are testing. Don't test until we tell you to, please.
We are leaving the temporary setup that let people at COK print up and running until sometime next week.
Remember to test stuff that's behind at Kirkland as well as stuff that's been moved!
I'll email everyone testing with procedures for how to report your success or failure at tests.
I plan to make a final call about a midnight shift after the first round of testing. It's unlikely we will need one.
Donna will take the first shift tomorrow if we need one.
